Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
 

Forward Ink guarantees all product and will refund, credit or replace any item found to be faulty within 60 days of delivery. 

If you have any questions regarding the use of a cartridge, please do not hesitate to contact us; Forward ink supplies both genuine and compatible / generic toner and ink.  All genuine products fall under the Manufacturers warranty.  Any compatible / generic toner is 100% guaranteed. If not completely satisfied with your toner email admin@forwardink.com.au and we will organise for a return authorisation to be emailed through which will provided instructions on how to return.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of the return authorisation being submitted.
 

HOW do customers return items?
Goods can be return on approval of a return authorisation (RA).  To obtain a return authorisation simply email one of our staff on admin@forwardink.com.au or call us on 1300 881 231 / 07 3847 3034.
